Welcome to limoexpress.ae (the “Website”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website and any transportation, limousine or related services offered via the Website (the “Service”). By using the Website or booking a service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or Service.
1. Definitions
For clarity:

limoexpress.ae. - You / User / Customer: the person or entity using the Website or booking the Service.
- Service: limousine and transportation booking services and related offerings.
- Booking: a reservation made through the Website.
- Booking Confirmation: the message we send to confirm your booking.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Website and/or making a Booking you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or otherwise have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement), that you have read and accept these Terms, and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. The Service & Bookings
We operate a chauffeur, limousine and passenger transport service. Booking details (vehicle type, pick‑up/drop‑off locations, date & time, passenger count, price and any special requests) are specified during the booking flow. You must provide accurate information when making a Booking.
We may accept or decline Bookings at our discretion (for example, due to availability, safety, or capacity). A contract between you and the Company is formed when we issue a Booking Confirmation.
4. Payments, Pricing & Cancellations
Payment terms (deposit amount, final payment, currency, and accepted methods) will be shown at booking. Prices displayed prior to confirmation are indicative and may change until a Booking is confirmed.
If you cancel or change a Booking, our cancellation and modification rules (as provided in your Booking Confirmation or on the Website) will apply. Refunds, if any, will be processed in accordance with the stated policy and applicable law.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful purposes;
- provide false or misleading information;
- exceed the vehicle capacity or otherwise endanger passengers or the driver;
- interfere with the Website, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse the Service;
- consume illegal substances or carry prohibited items in the vehicle.
6. Driver & Vehicle Standards
We use qualified drivers and maintain vehicles to applicable local safety standards. However, by using the Service you acknowledge that travel involves risk (traffic, weather, road conditions) and you accept those risks.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images and code — is owned or licensed by the Company. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
The Website and Service are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our liability will be limited to an amount not to exceed the total fees paid by you for the affected Booking.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Website or Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law.
10. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website, remove content, or cancel Bookings for violations of these Terms, for fraudulent activity, or for reasons of safety. Termination does not affect rights and obligations accrued prior to termination.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. By using the Website you consent to the collection and processing described in that policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will publish any updated Terms on the Website with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
